CrowdStrike originally hired me as a Senior Content Strategist to help wrangle the design system documentation. An unexpected layoff of our 23-person UX Writing team tasked Product Managers and Product Designers as the ones now responsible for writing microcopy. I was tasked with establishing the microcopy style guide for Kestrel, their new unified data SaaS product.

While the content heavily relied on my UX Writing background to establish microcopy guidelines, I realized that the resulting artifact is a type of technical documentation.
